From Tokyo to Warsaw, UNIQLO Arkadia would be located in Poland's most visited shopping centre with a record of 19 millions visitors a year. UNIQLO Arkadia will have a prime location with high visibility from the outside and a gigantic façade on the inside.

Hours: Permanent contract for Full Time (40h per week) 

Starting Date: June 2024

Flexibility: Full flexibility from Monday to Saturday is required

Salary: depending on profile and experience

What is your purpose?

• Campaign-oriented styling of mannequins in consideration of market trends

• Implementation of layout plans according to management guidelines

• Construction and installation of pan-European windows decorations and campaign stylings

• Construction and installation of effective in-store displays according to marketing and promotional specifications

• Regular inspection of all VM elements, e.g. mannequins, displays, lighting, light boxes

• Delivery of highest level of customer service

• Care for VM standards, especially zones assigned by management

• Participation to meetings with the store management to increase awareness of all VM issues and ensure consistently high VM standards

• Delivery of training for our sales associates on VM and display standards

Who are our Visual Merchandisers ?

• You have the right to work in Poland

• You are available to start working from June 2024

• You speak Polish and  English (minimum at business level)

• You have previous experience as visual merchandiser with styling skills and high creativity spirit 

• You have In-depth knowledge of fashion local market and latest trend awareness

• You are able to work effectively with tight deadlines and problem-solving mindset
