Opis

Your responsibilities:

develop and implement quality assurance policies, procedures and KPIs,
conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements,
support PRATIA Teams in audits and inspections,
identify and support PRATIA Teams to discovering non-compliances and perform/support the CAPA processes,
contribute to vendor qualifications by Sponsors or CROs,
manage and mentor a team of quality assurance professionals,
collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement,
prepare and present reports on quality metrics to senior management,
lead training sessions on quality standards and best practices,
stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations.

Our requirements:

bachelor's degree in a related field, e.g. medical or biological education; Master's preferred,
minimum 5 years of experience in clinical trials and quality management,
strong understanding of regulatory requirements (GCP, FDA, ISO, etc.),
excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,
proficiency in spoken and written English,
excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities,
proven track record of implementing successful quality programs,
hybrid work, visiting the sites regularly.
