Job description:
As the Office Manager at Ardigen, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office operations. You'll oversee various administrative tasks to uphold efficiency and organization within the workplace. Collaborating closely with different departments, you'll coordinate schedules, manage supplies, and facilitate communication to foster a productive work environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. Prior experience in office management or administration is preferred, along with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key responsibilities:
Organizing and coordinating office administration and procedures, to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and safety
Providing administrative/executive support to management
Developing and implementing office policies and procedures
Managing contract and price negotiations with office vendors
Taking care of the documentation workflow
Participating actively in the planning and execution of company events
Requirements:
Very good knowledge of English (B2/C1 level)
2-5 years of experience in office management and administrative tasks
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Excellent time management skills
Positive approach and motivation to work
