Title: Bartender & Event Host for Vibrant Boat Parties

Location: Warsaw, Poland

Schedule: Every Saturday, 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM

Salary: 150 PLN net per event

Role Summary: We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to fill a mixed role encompassing bartending, event hosting, and assistance in setting up and cleaning up post-event. This position is perfect for those who enjoy interacting with people and being part of an event's success from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pour and serve basic drinks at the open bar (no payment transactions involved).

• Assist in the setup and breakdown of boat parties, ensuring a clean and inviting environment.

• Act as an event host, engaging with guests to ensure a lively and enjoyable experience.

• Contribute to the overall smooth operation of the event, working collaboratively with the team.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Polish and English, able to communicate effectively with a diverse group of guests.

• Energetic, friendly, and customer-oriented, with a passion for the event industry.

• Able to perform physical tasks involved in event setup and cleanup.

• Previous experience in bartending or hospitality is a plus but not required.

You can also manage/help set up the event if you have a driver's license. The pay is 400zl net. This is helpful but not necessary
