Currently, for our client, one of the fastest growing airlines, we are looking for people for the position of: Airline Customer Service Agent with English language! Your tasks: Handling incoming calls and email correspondence in English language; Providing information for passengers regarding flights schedules; Handling outbound calls related to schedule changes or other airline issues; Supporting passengers at every stage of their journey; Supporting passengers with their special needs; Handling the airline's customer complaints process.   Requirements: Knowledge of the English language at B2 level or higher; Communication skills; Ability to work under the pressure and look for solutions; Availability for a minimum of 140h during project working hours (infoline is working 24/7 on 3 shifts); Accuracy in performing assigned tasks.
